2. Services Provided

We offer educational services including, but not limited to:

• K–5 tutoring and parent workshops

• Teacher coaching and professional development

• Math instruction using music, movement, and momentum (“M³” method)

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, course materials, and “RAPS” strategies, is the intellectual property of Dr. Dedra Wilson-Patrick and is protected under copyright law (Registration Numbers SRU001581134 and SRU001499777).

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without prior written consent

• Use “RAPS” strategies in direct or modified form without permission

Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

4. Payment & Refunds

• All course and service fees must be paid in full before the start of the session.

• Refunds are provided only under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Tutoring and coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session may be charged in full.

6. Limitation of Liability

M³ is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. All learning results depend on student participation, effort, and consistency.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect

• Ensure that children participating in services are supervised when required

• Use our materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only
